Membership Any group or statutory project/department wishing to hire a vehicle must first take out EDCT membership. Please complete the Membership Form. Invoices for remuneration of services provided by East Durham Community Transport will be issued to the member group name (unless agreed otherwise with East Durham Community Transport accounting staff, Contact Angela Kent for details on 0191 518 2633 or angela_kent@btconnect.com).  There is an annual Membership Fee of £10.00. Please read our Hire Agreement prior to taking out membership. Management Board Our Management Board consists of representatives from user groups and professionals from the voluntary/community sector (VCS).
