Buses All vehicles in the EDCT fleet undergo safety inspections at Easington District Council (basically an extended MOT) to ensure that they are roadworthy and comply with the latest regulations. All vehicles are fitted with “any-age” seatbelts and booster cushions and baby-seats can be provided, were necessary, upon request. The fleet is made up of fully-accessible and standard factory-fitted minibuses, all of which are either low-floor or have easy-access steps to enable convenient entry and exit to and from the vehicles. All vehicles are fuelled and checked with a daily maintenance routine performed by EDCT staff prior to collection by hirer (however, it is good practice for the hirer to make a cursory check of basic levels and tyres, bodywork, etc during the hire). All vehicles in EDCT fleet are available for sponsorship in an exclusive full fleet deal or per bus.
